June through August - Excludes New Student Special
A slow, introductory approach to yoga asana. Expect an emphasis on understanding alignment, modifications, and benefits of each posture. A great class for beginners as well as experienced yogis wanting to refine their practice.
An accessible vinyasa flow for students who enjoy an active, moderately-intense practice. Expect graceful sequencing designed to stabilize joints, strengthen muscles through their full range of motion, and develop self/body awareness.
A deeply relaxing practice for mind and body, combining gentle, restorative, and yin yoga techniques. Expect seated and reclined postures which are often supported with props and held for several minutes at a time. Perfect for yogis of all levels looking to melt away tension, stress, or anxiety.
An hourlong slow flow practice which balances strength and ease for the ideal afternoon pick-me-up! Emphasis is placed on returning to the present moment, and students are encouraged to refine their inner dialogue to one of kindness and self-compassion. This class is offered biweekly.
A challenging yet accessible practice inspired by the popular Ashtanga Primary Series. Students will learn a variation of the traditional sequence that fits their needs and experience level, with room to progress over time. This class will move at a slow and steady pace, with an emphasis on increasing mobility and openness throughout the body.
A lunch-break-friendly class that warms up the body and focuses the mind through a sequence of postures, then follows with a relaxing mindfulness meditation to bring mental clarity and self-awareness.
A traditional practice based around a series of 12 postures with moments of relaxation between them. Class begins with pranayama and Sun Salutations to prepare the body, and closes with Savasana. The intention is to cultivate a meditative mental state, a sadhana, or self-study, that evolves into a focused ritual designed to awaken awareness of Self. This class is offered one Sunday a month.
A beginner-friendly slow flow practice for students of any and all financial means. Class fee is a cash payment on a sliding scale, $5-$25 according to what you can afford. Offered on the second Sunday of every month.
